Video processing and local storage

OsomeFrame processes the videos you select on your iPhone or iPad. The app does not send those videos or extracted images to a developer-operated server. It stores imported video copies, generated images, export history, settings and the free export allowance locally in its app storage.

You can remove the app to remove its local app data. Images you saved to Photos and files you shared elsewhere remain in those destinations until you delete them there. Apple may manage device backups or iCloud content according to your device settings.

Photo access

Version 1.2 uses Apple’s photo picker to access only the video you select, without requesting broad access when the app opens. Earlier versions may request Photos permission. Saving an exported image to Photos is handled through iOS. You can review or revoke photo permissions in your device’s Settings.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional OsomeFrame Pro purchase. OsomeFrame uses StoreKit to verify purchase status and restore access. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple handles transaction information under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and diagnostics

The reviewed app implementation does not send custom usage events to an analytics service. Apple may provide the developer with App Store sales reports and app analytics or diagnostics, depending on Apple’s reporting rules and your device’s sharing settings.

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare and serves its images locally. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP address and user agent, to deliver and protect the website.

Support messages

When you use the feedback form or email osomeframe@osome.dev, your name (if provided), email address, message and conversation history are stored in our support inbox on Cloudflare and may be synchronised to the developer’s local support application. Your IP address is used to limit form abuse. We use this information to answer your request. Replies are delivered using Resend. Support drafting may use OpenAI to prepare a response for human review. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or private videos in your message. Contact osomeframe@osome.dev to ask about or request deletion of your support messages.
